Vaccine Requirements for Grooming

At Royalty Canine Spa, your pet’s health—and the health of every dog in our care—is our top priority. To maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment, we require all guests to be current on the following core vaccinations:

Required Vaccines

DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)
- Protects against several highly contagious and often life-threatening diseases.
- Essential for keeping your dog safe in social settings.
Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
- Helps prevent respiratory infections commonly spread where dogs gather (grooming salons, kennels, dog parks).
- Even mild cases can cause coughing, discomfort, and stress.
Rabies
- Required by law in most states.
- Protects both pets and humans from this fatal disease.

Please bring proof of up-to-date vaccinations to your first appointment. Records may be emailed in advance or shown at check-in.

Terms and Conditions

🛁 GROOMING SERVICE AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned pet owner, authorize Royalty Canine Spa to groom my pet(s). I understand that every effort will be made to ensure the safety and comfort of my pet during grooming services.

🚨 DEPARTURE & VETERINARY CONSENT

In the rare event of a medical emergency, I give permission for Royalty Canine Spa to seek veterinary treatment for my pet at the nearest available veterinary clinic. I agree to be responsible for any and all medical expenses incurred. If I am unreachable, I authorize Royalty Canine Spa to make necessary decisions for my pet’s immediate care and departure from the facility.

☐ I consent to Royalty Canine Spa transporting my pet to a veterinarian if needed.

📸 DIGITAL MARKETING CONSENT

I give permission for Royalty Canine Spa to photograph or video my pet for use in digital marketing, including but not limited to social media, website, and promotional materials. I understand that my pet’s name may be used, but no personal client information will ever be shared.

☐ I consent to my pet being featured in digital marketing.

✅ RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I understand that while all reasonable precautions will be taken, grooming may involve risks, including but not limited to nicks, stress, or pre-existing condition flare-ups. I release Royalty Canine Spa and its staff from any liability associated with grooming services, veterinary treatment decisions, or digital media usage as agreed above.
